Starting secondary school is a BIG step, and it’s completely normal to have questions. If you have changed your mind about your chosen school, are unsure what Year 7 will really be like, or want to feel confident before September, our Year 7 Taster Days offer the perfect opportunity to experience secondary school life first‑hand. Students will attend real lessons, meet teachers and ask any questions they may have about starting school, explore the school and facilities, and enjoy a full “day in the life” of a Year 7 student. These taster days take place on Tuesday 21st April 2026 and Tuesday 28th April 2026, with sessions available in the morning from 10:00am to 12:00pm or the afternoon from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. This is an ideal chance for students starting Year 7 in September 2026 to see if our school feels right for them — with no pressure, just real experience.
